Niral G (au) wrote: The concept was decent, but the execution was poor. Bips acted well as always, but Neil Nitin Mukesh needs to end his career with this movie. Unless he drastically improves, there is not much of a future for him, especially with a good many quality actors currently in the industry. Also, the end was a bit of a disappointment. There could have been much more done with the story.

Michelle W (au) wrote: So moved by the performances in this film and the struggles of each character, I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Jennifer B (ca) wrote: Not your typical vampire story. This is about a young girl who is brought to a psychiatrist because she cuts herself and drinks the blood. The psychiatrist, in trying to help, lets up on professional boundaries and things get dangerously out of hand.

Onie S (jp) wrote: Not just a great war movie, it's a great movie period. The last third of the movie stands out especially. Two thumbs up.

Michael W (ru) wrote: Norris battles entire corrupt town after his brother is jailed and has his rig stolen. Part martial arts and part cb/trucker film with Norris beginning to emerge. Throwaway film, Chuck hasn't quite found his 'handle' as action star as of this point.

Richard S (au) wrote: Considering their stellar selection of films, it's disappointing to find the latest Rialto Pictures restoration to make it to DVD is a touch mediocre. It has star power in a post-"Breathless" Belmondo, Lino Ventura and Sandra Milo, but it lacks the pulse of other, better French crime films. I would never dissuade someone from renting it, but if you're just diving into the genre, there's quite a bit that's more essential and equally easily available.

Domas R (nl) wrote: I Vitelloni is very influential multiple characters story. If you are fan of Scorcese's Mean Streets or Goodfellas and don't like violence this film is for you. The main thing that is worth mentioning is Fellini's direction. Unlike many directors he is able to connect every scene so that all they unveil fluidlitly. This basicaly means that you won't get bored. Also after seeing qute few Fellini's works I can say that this guy knowns how to end film. All his films has reasonable closures not only by themeans of story building but also by visual ending. You won't see this much these days. Nomatter how good everything here is (acting, directing, cinematography and film score) the story doesn't seemed right. I missed more establishment from many characters and main focus on married friend seemed too much. Adding the fact that in films closure we get to see another character this looks quite of beat. Despite that you can find reason why it was done so and if it was then it's brilliant. I am not a big fan of such films. I can say that I do think tha tthis film is better than Goodfellas just don't expect the same scale it's not a crime film.

Drew R (ca) wrote: What a strange film. Quite clearly super low budget. The acting is disjointed unconvincing. Most of the time it's comically bad. It was nice to see the adorable old people. Is that too condescending? I was happy to see legit old people who don't appear to be actors having some fun!
