(ca) wrote: No.This is the movie, guy terrorizes three morons in a small glass room. Why, and who is he - spoiler alert - you never find out, and by the end of the movie, you don't give a shit. If you like films with no resolution or explanations at the end, this this film has got to top your list.

No one can quite replicate the power of his actual speeches but this is a very reasonable attempt to portray him on film. The political background to his fight for voting rights and the Selma march are interesting but simplistic. Decent but you feel one day there'll be another MLK film that will trump this one.

(br) wrote: Okay, so I guess everyone had high expectations when they started watching this. I didn't on the other hand and I ended up loving it. It was a goofy movie about girls trying to make the best of the craziness that was going on and I think they did a great job. I laughed all through the movie.
