Where the Heart Is torrent reviews

Roddy T (ca) wrote: On BBC iplayer right now. Worth watching for Harrelson alone. Or if you like Paul Schrader.

Jessica L (it) wrote: Excellent film about being true to yourself and finding your way in the world even if it isn't the easiest road to travel. It has very truthful moments of humor, and moments of sadness you can identify with.

Robert D (it) wrote: This comedy is based on the premise that the director can go temporarily blind during filming. Not Allen's most brilliant conception.

Joe N (it) wrote: I gotta admit, this one was pretty disappointing. The main villains were uninspiring, mediocre, stereotypical villains that nobody has ever heard of before in the comics or even the cartoon. But as for the Turtles, It's a shame they couldn't get the Jim Henson puppet costumes in this movie for some reason.I enjoyed watching this as a kid, and of course I would be lying if I said that the movie doesn't make me smile. The Turtles are funny at times but there are other times, they're cringeworthy. Overall, I wouldn't say "worst movie ever made" but not as fun or as faithful as the previous Turtle movies that came before it.

Marcus R (us) wrote: Give me a damn break. While it is quite bizarre, nothing is done to keep me intrigued. I love random demented things, but this was so random to the point of being rather pointless. Only the beginning was interesting, after that I was falling asleep. While the camera work is innovative and using that grainy footage helped give a creepy and historic vibe as it looks like it came from the first decade of the 1900's. Overrated sack of crap overall.

Drew W (fr) wrote: I give this a 98/A+.

William W (kr) wrote: I was really pleasantly surprised by this film by Lloyd Bacon. I'm not a follower of college football, but I had really liked/loved the nine other films of Bacon's I had seen, plus I was curious in seeing Ronald Reagan's acting. It was #27 in The Ultimate Book of Sports Movies' Top 100 as well, so I thought I'd take a chance. Very much recommended biopic of an American icon, recognized in sports and education for all of the RIGHT reasons.

Francisco S (jp) wrote: Well acted and interesting, but no funny for this genre, weak argument and a little predictable.

Gabriela G (ag) wrote: This is one of those movies you can't say the name and I'm already crying. A tragic and beautiful love story so well acted.
