Steve H (de) wrote: Above average, loads of fights and battles.....boring inbetween. The film suffers from two things: We can't take it seriously, and we don't care. On the plus side i enjoyed the fighting - it's very original - without too much flying and wirework. The costumes were interesting, some great, some i hate (the shields of the enemy!) - On the minus i think that it's too light hearted, which takes away the tension and the belief that this is happening. There is no supernatural magic (which is good) but the underline failure of the movie is there's entertaining battles without the heart of a story to accompany it. All style but no substance. Female soliders make a nice change.....but this made it more comical and less credible..

Paul L (it) wrote: not a bad movie, abit low budget but cgi was good.

Fong K (de) wrote: This could be the more accessible version of the heavy-going Oscar winner, CAPOTE. A lesser known complementary movie but it does not diminish the disturbing emotional depths of an unlikely homoerotic friendship between the flamboyant Truman Capote and the killer he writes about.

Sujal S (jp) wrote: Akshay's performance was annoying. Kareena was... well, Kareena. Annoying.

Eden R (au) wrote: A film centering on sports gambling and the NFL was always going to have me interested but this film fails on almost every level. Great cast who don't click, no 'inside baseball' discussions on gambling OR football which at least might interest a hardcore audience. On top of that a ridiculous backstory for Pacino's character just heaps salt into an already open wound.

Jason M (jp) wrote: I like him as an actor he realy does a good job.

Tiffany F (de) wrote: I love this movie! It is an immigrant sage indeed. First off, the cameos and actors that are in this movie are striking. When I watch Selena I feel like I??m watching a reunion from this movie. Edward James Olmos never fails, he was the voice over and even that small part was so cool. Besides some really bad Mexican accents, the story is great. Brilliant job done

Alex I (au) wrote: Not a particularly good movie.

Martyn E (jp) wrote: So bad, it's actually good. "...I am your mother Kalvin...". Love it!

Dylan W (mx) wrote: Charles Bronson does it again. This movie flows really well, it is more of a mystery than an action movie. He actually gets to act and there is a long story. As usual the case is great, I think he must have requested to work with good people or they wanted to work with him. Really solid, not his best but solid."You trust me or you don't."

Justin S (kr) wrote: Action packed fun!!!!!!

Heather K (ru) wrote: This film has a meditative approach to story telling that allows the story to unfold without explication. It is an excellent, timeless story performed with restraint. There are only a few minor clues to date the film. The characters are complicated and compelling. The pace, low key acting, and documentary quality (yet beautiful) cinematography lend authenticity to the drama.

Matt M (br) wrote: An insurance agent is sent to capture an art thief. The clumsy screenplay is what is most guilty for turning every aspect of the plot that may have seemed interesting and a good source of sexual chemistry into a dull thriller with an awkward love story.

Glenn C (fr) wrote: Manborg is a radical movie. Radical in that knarly, cowabunga sense. Another gem from Atron-6, the maniacs who gave us Fathers Day (see it). To truly appreciate their films and what they're all about you need to spend some time reading up on them and watching some of their shorts. They're a bunch of movie geeks who make low budget genre flicks, harking back to exploitation movies of the 70s thru 80s. Manborg pays homage to borgy movies like Terminator, Robocop, Cyborg and Eliminators... Shot entirely against a green screen the movie is jam packed with glorious post apocalyptic and cyberpunk imagery and it all festers away to become a totally kick-ass, hilarious and outrageous sci-fi epic! Monster Pictures are releasing Manborg real soon so get onto their website and order it as soon as its available. Cant wait for more Astron-6 gold.
