Wes S (us) wrote: Bland story line with less than interesting characters. The zombie are generic, the action is bleak, and the ending isn't very fulfilling. Most of the plot gets lost in the minor bits of character development.
Ryan N (ag) wrote: Similar to the multiple storyline structure of Crimes and Misdemeanors and Hannah and Her Sisters, Melinda and Melinda proves to be a dynamic film showing the tragic side and comedic side of life. It rehashes several themes of Allen's previous films, but still proves to be a good film, nonetheless. Rate - 7.9/10
Robert B (jp) wrote: Dark City is fascinating for those who can enjoy a good nature documentary or travelogue. The sets, shooting, and effects are all well-done and it is refreshing to see something from the pre-CG era. Dark City is not particularly dark or scary but has a rather curious (a la Alice in Wonderland) and, at times, campy vibe. The style is noir, the city looks European, Jennifer Connelly is stunning, William Hurt lends a bit of gravitas -- all this makes for a very odd mix that is very interesting and dream-like. The ending is quite silly and the film does have many of the flaws other reviewers point out, but these are all outweighed by the things Dark City does right.

While evading from British agents since they're on to him, he then ends up on an almost an secluded island with only a wife (Kate Nelligan) and child living in a resort with a husband who became impotent as a result of a car accident! Made in similar fashion as "The Day OF The Jackyl"! 3 out of 4
Peter P (ag) wrote: I remember seeing a part of this movie when I was a child, so I thought I would check it out now that I'm all grown up, and, it is good. Clint is cool, Clyde is really great and as my wife pointed out it is always funny to see an old lady swearing. It did end kind of abruptly but good fun overall.
Dane P (it) wrote: An amazing achievement in horror cinema. Nearly 50 years old and just as thrilling and shocking as it was back then. The acting is great, writing is excellent and it grips you from the first second til the end credits. Which even the credits are awesome. Its creative as hell, has a claustrophobic setting and is very exciting. Like something out of Hitchcock.... definitely check this one out (if you can find it) *Plz Criterion we need a blu ray release
