Anthony I (mx) wrote: I watched this at work... because, well, it was on. I work with kids, and it was put on for them. It's semi interesting, because it shows you Justin's beginnings, and showing us, circa 2011, the beginning of the downfall of the former biggest pop star in America. But all the while, this is the makings of a spoiled brat. Justin never seemed to have a hint of hardship growing up, so to genuinely like this movie is only to do with your love of Bieber's music. Not being a fan, it's a story that has no merit in being told. I don't beliebe.

CORRECTION TO MY EARLIER REVIEW: This movie should get an "incomplete" rating from me, since I watched a flawed version via Netflix streaming. The dtreaming version is missing the audio track; I assumed that this was an experimental gimmick by the director, but in fact it was just a technical error.

Lee B (jp) wrote: I know that when this movie came out it was probably THE pull back the curtain on evangelism, but it has lost a bit of luster in age. However, it is still a very good documentary that poses the juxtaposition of this preacher and what he does to people. It dwells too long on his performances (or I guess they are called sermons) which makes it a bit more tedious, but still nice with great summations from Mr. Marjoe himself. And it?s nice to see he isn?t all that messed up from having parent?s like his.

Robert M (br) wrote: A pretty good family comedy-drama featuring the wit of Ben Stiller and the wise-cracking feats of Robert De Niro. An interesting story of a man and his soon-to-be wife who meets her parents for the first time. After that, things certainly couldn't be "better" for the recklessness of both the soon-to-be wife's father and the man himself, but who is the real blame? Overall, another nice film with some good laughs especially from Stiller.
