Silvestre S (it) wrote: The ground zero of one of the best horror/thriller movie.Childs play is a fantastic thriller horror movie that personally gave me nightmares as a little kid because its antagonist Charles Lee Ray is absolutely terrifying and loveably perverse.the movie has a very dense atmosphere created by mystery and foreshadowing that gives chucky his chance to bright as the sun in the spotlight

sharan s (it) wrote: A no-brainer Ravi Teja film. The story is stale and it's Shriya Saran who pumps anticipation with her glamorous costumes.

David F (ru) wrote: While this is a low budget, somewhat amateurish film it nonetheless has several qualities that make it worth watching for those who appreciate a good horror movie. The plot is pretty standard - there's a maniac who escapes from a mental institution, outruns his doctors and a pursuing detective, and heads straight for the sorority which is haunted by a gruesome crime committed there in the past. I did appreciate the slow, suspenseful build up, which was paced fantastically for such a short movie. Also good, the way the heroine's past and her nightmares slowly fuse just at the point when the night of terror begins so she realizes what happened to her and what's going to happen to her just as the tension explodes in bloody violence. The particular charms of the sorority setting aren't overlooked either, but the acting and the chit chat of catty, superficial girls are subpar. Overall a good thought not great slasher movie.

Owen D (ru) wrote: A superior b movie oddball cult horror grindhouse classic that is undeniable brutal, goofy, funny, grotesque, tense, & gory.

Joseph C (fr) wrote: Being from New Orleans, I generally love movies that deal with voodoo. This movie may cause me to never watch another one. To paraphrase a quote from the movie, "We're in voodoo hell, now it's time to make it back." The problem is the movie just stays right there and keeps the viewer with it, in voodoo hell.
